Oct 2- CM Pramod Sawant has directed related agencies and officials to develop an action plan to ensure 100% sewerage connections in areas where facilities have been established. He also asked officials to complete the mandatory GPS tagging of sewage tankers with sewerage facilities.Sawant chaired a meeting with officials from the PWD, SIDCGL, and JICA Project to review the ongoing sewerage schemes across the state. Goa govt is contemplating adopting latest technologies such as vacuum technology for low-lying areas for upgrading and implementing new sewerage projects under the PPP model, he informed.
