Nov 7 – President of India, Droupadi Murmu arrived in Goa today to witness Navy operations at sea. The President who arrived in special aircraft at the Goa International Airport, Dabolim at 8 am today was received by Governor of Goa, P S Sreedharan Pillai, CM Sawant. Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Dinesh Tripathi received the President at INS Hansa and presented a 150-men ceremonial guard of honour. She further embarked aboard the indigenous aircraft carrier INS Vikrant to witness Navy operations at sea. At sea, she will witness flight operations, interact with high-ranking Navy officers, and receive a briefing about manoeuvres.
