Jan 8- Property tax assessment survey has been initiated in the jurisdiction of Cuncolim Municipal Council by the Goa State Urban Development Agency (GSUDA) through Nagpur based company M/s. Kolbro Group Pvt. Ltd. The survey aims to assess and update property tax records within the jurisdiction of the Cuncolim Municipality. Surveyors from Kolbro will visit properties within the area and collect necessary information, take measurements, and capture photographs of the properties. Municipal authorities have asked citizens to provide correct information emphasising that failure to do so may result in assessments being carried out based on available data, potentially leading to discrepancies.
