Sept 12 – GSPCB has scheduled environmental public hearing on proposal for enhancement of Iron Ore Wet Beneficiation Plant at Sanguem by Fomento Industries on Oct 16 at Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Hall, Sanvordem. The Public hearing is with respect to Wet Beneficiation Plant of M/s. Greater Ferromet (Division of Sociedade De Fomento Industrial Private Limited) for Enhancement of Iron Ore Wet Beneficiation Plant from 0.64 Million TPA (0.914 Million TPA throughput) to 0.674 Million TPA (1.0 Million TPA Throughput) through Modernization. The plant is located at survey no.9/1 (Part) and 10/1 (Part) of Santona Village, Sanguem, states a public notice issued in this regards.
