Digital Goa, Jan 16 – The person with disability(PwD) who died in accident near Delphino at Porvorim in the wee hours today is identified as Kittu Behra. 51-year-old Kittu was a fish vendor. Police have arrested the SUV driver Naresh Kantilal Jain from Palghar, Mumbai. The Goa registered SUV had hit the three wheel motorcycle which Kittu was riding, killing him on the spot.
