Digital Goa, May 8 – Senior Town Planner R K Pandita has been given additional charge as Chief Town Planner (Land Use), while Senior Town Planner Vertika Dagur will hold additional charge as Chief Town Planner (Admin) and Chief Town Planner (Planning), with immediate effect and until further orders. The order has been issued by Under Secretary Durga Kinlekar as per the direction of CM Pramod Sawant.The post of CTP fell vacant on April 30 after Rajesh Naik, who was on an extended tenure, was suspended on the final day of his extension. Interestingly, earlier this week, the personnel department had appointed R K Pandita as CTP, but the very next day, the TCP ministry issued a separate order naming Vertika Dagur to the same post. With the bifurcation of the post based on functionalities, the issue appears to be resolved for now.
