Digital Goa, Aug 12 – A 46-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping a 24-year-old woman from Gujarat by lacing her drink with intoxicating drug at Candolim. Acting on the complaint of the victim girl, Panaji Women Cell of Goa arrested Ajmer, Rajasthan native Rajesh Patni. The accused was in Goa to start a business of his own. The accused befriended the victim after they met at a restaurant in North Goa. FIR has been registered under section 328 and 376 of IPC.
