Digital Goa, Feb 27 – A tourist was detained by Porvorim Police for allegedly throwing a beer bottle on public road at Succor, Bardez from a moving rent-a-car. The accused is identified as 32-year-old Shankar Lal Khatik from Jaipur, Rajasthan. The car has also been seized by police.
