Digital Goa, Feb 15 – Rate of composition of Value Added Tax has now been set at 2 % for bars or taverns which purchase all goods for resale only from registered dealers within the State of Goa and have a turnover limit of 10 lakh. A notification amending Goa Value Added Tax Act, 2005 to this effect has been issued by the State Finance Dept today.
