Jan 3 – Real Estate business owner Venkatesh Prabhu Moni has been arrested after an arrest warrant was issued against him under Goa land Revenue Code by North Goa Collector. He allegedly did not follow the directions issued by Real Estate Regulatory Authority(RERA). Moni purportedly failed to clear crores worth outstanding land revenue arrears.
