Real Estate Developer says ‘controversial’ advertisement withdrawn on July 31,2024; tenders apology to people of Goa

Sept 13 – House of Abhinandan Lodha Estate Holding Pvt Limited has written to the Goa govt pointing out that the ‘controversial’ advertisement was withdrawn by their channel partners on July 31,2024. The advertisement had the wordings “Delhi, Rulers of India, now conquer Goa” on it. State Home Dept had sent a letter to the group yesterday in this regards asking them to withdraw the advert. A letter tendering an apology for the hurt caused to the sentiments of the people of Goa sent by the group to the govt issued by the group pointed out that the controversial advertisement was posted on the website of one of the groups channel partners. It was removed from there on July 31,2024 after it came to their notice, said the letter from the real estate developer to Goa govt.
