Digital Goa, Aug 16 – Ponda Court has yet again provided relief to Meghana Sinai Sawardekar, owner of Mercedes car involved in Banastari horrific accident. The court granted her interim relief from arrest and posted her anticipatory bail for hearing to August 23. Her anticipatory bail hearing was postponed earlier and was slated to come for hearing today. The participants of protest march held at Old Goa yesterday seeking justice to three persons who died in that horrific drunken driving accident had reiterated their demand for the arrest of Meghna claiming that she was driving the vehicle. Her husband Paresh Sinai Sawardekar was granted 14 days judicial custody yesterday.
