Digital Goa, Dec 10 – The government has warned that strict action will be taken against rent-a-car and rent-a-bike operators who fail to follow mandatory procedures. Authorities have also cautioned that private vehicles being illegally rented out, as well as vehicles found using dual number plates, will face permanent cancellation of their licences. Enforcement teams have been instructed to intensify checks to curb such violations.
