Digital Goa, June 4- Mapusa Traffic Cell has directed all rent-a-car and rent-a-bike operators to use only designated parking spaces, warning that those found occupying public parking areas will face strict action. To ensure compliance, the Traffic Cell has made public announcements at various parking lots across the city. Officials stated that the move aims to ease congestion and free up parking for the general public.The action comes a day after Minister and Panaji MLA Babush Monserrate alleged that nearly 90% of the parking at Patto in Panaji was occupied by rented vehicles.
