Digital Goa, Oct 10 – Water Resources Department has announced a planned shutdown on October 13 from 9 am to 5 pm to carry out leakage repairs and maintenance on the 1400 mm MS and 1200 mm PSC pipelines of the 160 MLD Water Treatment Plant under Works Division V, DDW Xelpem, Sanguem. However, the 100 MLD Water Treatment Plant will continue to function normally. In view of this, residents of Sanguem, Curchorem, Quepem, Sanvordem, Curtorim, Cuncolim, Velim, Banaulim, Margao, Fatorda, Navelim, Nuvem, Cortalim, Dabolim, Vasco, and Mormugao constituencies will have restricted water supply on October 13 and 14.
