Digital Goa, Dec 7 – Water supply to the whole of South Goa will be restricted on Dec 11 and 12 due to repair work of 1200 mm diameter PSC pipeline from Margao to Cuelim. Office of the Executive Engineer Work Division XII(PHE-SWSP), Public Works Department Sanguem has issued a public notice that they will restrict water supply from 160 MLD Salaulim Water Treatment Plant to undertake leakage repairs of age-old 1200mm dia PSC Pipeline from Margao to Cuelim on Dec 11 & 12 for maximum of 48 hours. However the 100 MLD new WTP shall remain functional as usual, the public notice adds.
