Digital Goa, Oct 30 – Desmond D’Costa, Retired Principal District & Sessions Court Judge and Pramod V. Kamat, Retired District & Sessions Judge have been reappointed as Members of the Goa Human Rights Commission with effect from the date they assume charge of office. In addition Desmond D’Costa, has been authorized to act as Chairperson until the appointment of a new Chairperson to fill such vacancy. GHRC had become non-functional after the term of its former chairperson ended and had hundreds of cases pending before it.
