Digital Goa, October, 7 – A Fodvem, Ribandar resident, Marfier Lobo, has been booked for allegedly cheating 19-year-old Sean Martins of Porvorim, Bardez, of Rs. 29.87 lakh in an investment scam. The accused reportedly promised to double the complainant’s investment between December 2024 and April 2025 but failed to provide any details or return the money.
