Oct 19 – An accident that occurred on the Mandovi bridge between a two-wheeler and a car has left the two-wheeler rider 31-year-old Masud Sawkar from Betim severely injured. The bike has also been badly damaged. As per the car driver, the bike rider in an attempt to overtake another vehicle, had an head on collision with his car. The car tyre was also deflated with the impact causing the car to veer off. Sawkar is being treated at GMC Hospital.
