Digital Goa, July 3- Rs 227 crore have already been approved for Goa under centrally sponsored schemes and the state is working on seeking funds to the tune of Rs 943 crore for 70 more projects, informed CM Pramod Sawant. He was speaking to media after attending monthly high level review meeting with govt officials. Detailed Project Reports(DPR) are ready for all the 70 projects however, as on date 42 have been sent to the center for approval, he informed. State has earlier appointed two consultants, Darashaw and Company Pvt Ltd and All India Institute of Local Self Government (AIILSG) to help the govt coordinate with the Centre to secure funds under the central sector and centrally sponsored schemes in different sectors.
