Oct 22- Valpoi police have informed that they have managed to recover Rs 43 lakh from husband wife duo from Honda, Sattari who have been arrested earlier for cheating people to the tune of crores of rupees on pretext of selling properties in Goa and Maharashtra. The accused identified as Vijaynath Gawade, and his wife, Vidisha Gawde, have several complains of cheating filed against them. CM Sawant had in Jan this year told media persons that the couple had allegedly amassed Rs 3.5 crores by using such dubious means. Incidentally, Vijaynath is a multitasking worker with the state health department.
