Digital Goa, Mar 8 – State Goa Town and Country Planning(TCP) department today notified the Change of zone of land in the Regional Plan or the Outline Development Plan Rules, 2024. The change of zone applications can be done as per the newly introduced Section 39, form A.
The rules also specify the fees to be paid for the conversion. Processing fee of Rs 500 to Rs 50,000 will have be paid for the conversion based on the area to be converted. In addition change of Zone fee from Rs 50 to Rs 400 will have to paid per sq mtr based on the type of zone change sought.
