Sept 25- Sancoale Panchayat has said that it will issue a show cause notice to Parmesh Construction Company, Bhutani Infra asking them to present before the panchayat, within 7 days, various mandatory NOCs and permissions related to their mega project at Sancoale. The decision was taken in a meeting of the Panchayat held today. Last week Mormugao PDA had issued notice to the project.
