Digital Goa, Dec 31 – Close on the heels of dismissing Panchayat Secretary Raghuvir Bagkar from service, Panchayat Director has now disqualified Arpora Sarpanch Roshan Redkar as sarpanch of Arpora Panchayat. Director panchayat has disqualified sarpanch Roshan Redkar for the period of five years from becoming member of Panchayat. The Magisterial enquiry has observed misuse and abuse of power which is not vested in Sarpanch thereby holding him responsible for the tragedy.
