Sept 27 – Goa govt will create necessary infrastructure and support activities which promote hinterland tourism in the state, assured CM Pramod Sawant while speaking at World Tourism Day event. He urged stakeholders to support hinterland tourism and activities such as adventure, medical, wellness, cruise, spiritual etc tourism. He also emphasised on the need to create skilled manpower in tourism sector to boost economy of the state. He stressed on synergy of Swayampurna concept with tourism to generate employment for locals.
