Digital Goa, Nov 7 – A person from Sawantwadi has been held for stealing mobiles worth Rs 1.5 lakh from tourists at Arambol beach. The accused identified as Galib Chand Koudi was arrested by Pernem police and 4 mobiles were seized from him.
