Digital Goa, August, 7 – A scooter rider from Nuvem was killed after his scooter crashed into the rear of a parked goods carrier on the Arlem–Nuvem bypass road late on August 6. Maina Curtorim Police have booked the truck driver, Gavaliram Paval, a native of Pune, Maharashtra, alleging he negligently parked the vehicle on the roadside, endangering traffic. The victim, Deepak Langote of Nuvem, sustained fatal injuries in the crash.
