Digital Goa, July 14 – A 23-year-old scooter rider lost his life and a 19-year-old pillion rider was critically injured in a self-fall accident on the Mormugao flyover today. The incident occurred when the scooter reportedly skidded while descending the new flyover, causing both riders to fall. Both youths, hailing from Uttar Pradesh, were rushed to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Chicalim. The rider succumbed to his injuries, while the pillion was later shifted to Goa Medical College (GMC) in a critical condition.
