Sealed GTDC restaurant at Miramar forcibly occupied say officials; file police complaint

Digital Goa, December 12 – Panaji Police have registered a case after officials of the Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) reported that their sealed restaurant premises at Miramar Residency, Miramar, were unlawfully opened and occupied. The complaint, filed by GTDC Managing Director Kuldeep Arolkar, names Ashok Nayyar and others for allegedly breaking the seal, trespassing, and operating the restaurant without GTDC’s knowledge.
