Digital Goa, Feb 21 – Authorities who arrived at a Hotel Colmar at Colva with GCZMA order to seal the premises for alleged violation of CRZ rules had to return back after the owner claimed that they have stay order from Supreme Court. The owner pointed out that the Supreme Court order directing stay on sealing does not reflect in the GCZMA order which was brought along with them by the officials.
