Digital Goa, June 26 – Of the 12,000 students who had applied for admissions to various undergraduate coursed under Directorate of Higher Education in the first round of admission, 9,000 have been given admissions, informed DHE Director Mahadev Gawas. He said of these, 7,600 students have taken admission in govt and govt aided institutions while 1400 have taken admissions in self-financed courses. The admission process had commenced in online mode on May 29. The second round of admissions commenced today. “Those who have already applied in the first round need not re-register, they can edit their choices. Those who have not registered in first round can register now,” Gawas added.
