Digital Goa, Nov 13 – A 53-year-old man, Upendra Bandekar from Palolem, Canacona, succumbed to injuries at GMC Bambolim on November 12, two days after a self-accident near Char Rasta. Bandekar reportedly lost control of his scooter after hitting a pothole and sustained severe head injuries.
