Digital Goa, July 28 – A 68-year-old man was seriously injured after a car hit his scooter near ITI, Valshi, Bicholim on July 26. The car driver, Yash Ghatwal (24) of Poira Maem, allegedly fled the scene after hitting the scooter while driving his Swift car rashly. Police traced and arrested him. The victim, Suresh Naik of Lamgao, has sustained grievous head injuries.
