Digital Goa, Jan 14 – Margao Town Police arrested a man after catching him red-handed with suspected ganja during the early hours of January 14, at Comba, Margao. When police intercepted the accused Mohammed Ashraf Bikkannbai, a resident of Sukhubhat, Seraulim, he was found in possession of dry greenish plant material with flowering and fruiting parts, suspected to be ganja, valued at ₹96,500.
