Bicholim Police have arrested one serial chain snatcher Faizal Sayyad from Curtorim. His accomplice managed to escape. 24-yr-old Sayyad is involved in around 11 chain snatching cases in North Goa. According to police, he was planning to commit more chain snatching cases in Calangute and nearby areas. Police are in the look out of 2-3 more of his accomplices.
