The monsoon has become active over the last two days, leading to several rain-related incidents across the state. Goa received an average of 32.5 mm of rainfall in the past 24 hours, following 61.4 mm recorded in the previous 24 hours. The total rainfall recorded in Goa since June 1 stands at 662.9 mm, which is 5.6 percent below the normal average. There have also been reports of uprooted trees in several locations across the state.
