Digital Goa, May 9- Five days after the tragic stampede incident during the Devi Lairai Jatra at Shirgao, inquiry committee headed by Revenue Secretary Sandeep Jacques has submitted its report to the government. The detailed report, spanning 100 pages, was reportedly submitted late Thursday night to the govt. “The Government is currently examining the findings. A formal statement will be made by the Chief Minister upon completion of the review,” informed CMO. 6 persons had lost their lives and several persons were injured in the stampede.
