Nov 14- The Supreme Court today, November 14 pulled up the State of Goa for notifying service rules for employees of Bombay High Court at Goa in the name of the HC Chief Justice which allegedly differ significantly from what was originally submitted to the Goa government by the Chief Justice. The apex Court bench noted that the Chief Secretary of the state justified this conduct in his affidavit and directed him to appear before the court through video conferencing to give his explanation for the incorporation of altered Rules.
