Digital Goa, Feb 28 – High powered committee discussed names of candidates for BJP ticket in North Goa and South Goa constituencies and final decision likely to be announced soon. According to reports coming from Delhi, CM Pramod Sawant and BJP state President Sadanand Tanavade held meeting with Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP President J P Nadda and discussed the candidates for two Goa Lok Sabha seats. The decision of the candidates will be announced anytime after tomorrow. The chances of sitting MP Shripad Naik getting North Goa ticket are bright though party has also sent names of Dayanand Sopte, Dayanand Mandrekar and Dilip Parulekar. Five names are sent for South Goa candidature include Narendra Savaikar, Damu Naik, Babu Kavalekar, Digambar Kamat and Ramesh Tawadkar.
