Digital Goa, June 19 – South Goa District Special Court has directed the Investigating Officer to issued summons to the victim girl in Minister Babush Monserrate rape case to remain present in the court between July 17 to 20. Court has also directed to issue summons to two more witnesses to remain present on June 21. Main accused Babush Monserrate has already been granted permission to remain absent during the proceedings. The victim girl was also absent today. The court was informed that the victim girl has joined a new job in Munbai recently. Hence, she needs atleast 10-15 days advance notice to attend the hearing.
