Digital Goa, June 28 – A three-vehicle accident involving a Thar, a car and a scooter occurred at Verna on Sunday afternoon, leaving a scooter rider critically injured. According to preliminary information, the Thar was travelling at high speed towards Verna when the driver allegedly lost control of the vehicle. The SUV first rammed into a car before crossing the road divider and entering the opposite lane, where it collided head-on with an oncoming Jupiter scooter. The impact dragged the scooter beneath the Thar and the car along with it. The scooter rider sustained grievous injuries and was rushed to hospital. Verna Police are investigating the matter.
