Digital Goa, Aug 17 – A man from St Cruz has been booked by Old Goa police under Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act for posting an allegedly objectionable image of the national flag on social media. The man identified as Nazario D’souza has been also slapped with Section 500 of IPC (punishment for defamation).
