Digital Goa, July 31 – A 31-year old man from St Inez was nabbed with 3 Kg ganja worth approximately Rs 3 lakh. The accused Agnelo Dias from St Inez was nabbed by Panaji police during raid at internal Road, near Home Science College, Campal, Panaji. He was found in illegal possession of greenish color leafy substance with flowering and fruiting tops suspected to be Ganja weighs 3kg, informed police.
