Digital Goa, August 3 – Irappa Rudrappa Talwar, a native of Belgaum, Karnataka, working at a hotel in Panaji, has been arrested for stalking a woman doctor since 2019 and assaulting her driver and his friend. On August 4, when he was confronted, he scratched the driver and bit the other man, causing injuries.
