Digital Goa, October, 7 – Panaji Police have added Sections 3(1)(a), 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), and 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, in the ongoing Rama Kankonkar assault case. SDPO Panaji, DySP Sudesh Naik, has been appointed as the new Investigating Officer to handle the investigation.
