Digital Goa, Jan 8 – Large number of sugarcane farmers have descended at Azad Maidan in Panaji to protest against the non-starting of Sanjeevani Sugar factory. Protestors, large number of whom are women have expressed their resolve to continue with the protest at Azad Maidan till such time that a clear statement about the restarting of the factory is issued by CM Pramod Sawant.
