Digital Goa, Dec 21- Sunburn will be permitted to hold the EDM Music Festival at Vagator from 4 pm to 10 pm only, informed CM Pramod Sawant. Incidentally, Advocate General Devidas Pangam has also told the High Court today that the festival will be held from Dec 28 to Dec 30, upto 10 pm only.
