Digital Goa, Dec 10 – Two of the three government officers suspended in connection with the Arpora fire tragedy have appeared before the investigating officers however, the third officer, Raghuvir Bagkar, has not yet responded to the notice issued to him by the police. CM asserted that Bagkar will be arrested by police if he fails to appear before the investigators.
