Digital Goa, June 27- Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho clarified that the decision to install taxi meters in Goa was taken in compliance with a High Court order before he assumed office. Responding to criticism, Godinho stated that if the criticism contributes to solving the issue, he would welcome it. “But if it only adds to the confusion, I do not support it,” he added.
