Digital Goa, Nov 21 – Town and Country Planning (TCP) Department has invited objections and suggestions within 30 days after granting in-principle approval for converting seven land parcels, totalling 232,315 sq mtr, into settlement zones under Section 39A of the TCP Act.The proposals cover land in Sancoale, São Jose de Areal, Tivrem, Loutolim, Mandrem and Morjim.The largest conversion request—200,128 sq mtr (2 lakh sq mtr )—has come from Zuari Industries at Sancoale, accounting for the bulk of the total area proposed for rezoning.
